★ OUR SERVICES 1) Domestic Cargo (Nusantara) — between islands & cities across Indonesia: air, sea, land, and FCL. 2) Import Door-to-Door (DTD) — DDU (freight only) or DDP All-in (we handle everything: duty, VAT, income tax, clearance, even the import license via a third-party importer). 3) Export Door-to-Door — from Indonesia to worldwide. 4) Customs Clearance Service — PIB, SPPB, and DJBC (customs) coordination by our experts. ★ HOW IT WORKS We pick up from the origin warehouse, ship by air/sea/land, handle customs, and deliver all the way to your destination warehouse. Track in real time using your own PO number — no tracking number needed. ★ TRANSPARENT PRICING Every service shows a “Cost Coverage” card: what's included & what isn't (VAT, import duty, storage/demurrage). App prices are estimates; the final rate is confirmed by ops based on actual chargeable weight. For DDP, it follows the official invoice value.
